SOURCE: free engine diagram ?

It is really easy to find your starter.  Find the positive cable on your battery, it should be red, and follow it until it stops.  That will be the starter.  To help youself out go to http://www.autozone.com/autozone/catalog/parts/partsShelf.jsp?categoryDisplayName=External+Engine&fromType=parts&fromString=search&parentId=cat10010&currentPage=1&filterByKeyWord=starter&isSearchByPartNumber=false&navValue=15300045&categoryNValue=15399999&fromWhere=&itemId=prod10625&displayName=Starter&searchText=starter and you can see a picture of what you are looking for.  Hope this helps.

1999 Toyota Corolla CE. For about 2 months, the engine does not start immediately. I need to turn the ignition key several times until it starts. Each time when I turn the key, a clicking sound happens...

it sounds like either your having a short at the starter or the ignition switch is bad, I am leaning towards the issue being the starter, usually when the ignition switch is going bad there will be no click,
