Good Evening, I can certainly understand your problem. I have seen this a number of times. The first thing to have checked out is your motor mounts (as long as your engine is running smooth I would not say a misfire) the mounts get a good amount of wear and tear and what happens in drive it relies on those mounts to help cushion the movement of the engine. I hope this of some help.
Thanks,
Joey

My 2007 tx has a vibration in the driver side seat and mirror in drive but not neutral

probably simply vibration transferred from the gear box. When in neutral there is no vibration because in a neutral gear nothing is "bound" and under any pressure. I wouldn't worry about it unless it becomes unbearable.

Why does a 2006 Ford Fusion have a strong vibration when stopped and in Drive?

If there are no check engine lights could be a bad motor mount or two. Would have them checked. Try putting car in neutral and see if vibration disapates a little.

My toyota 110 car vibrates while on drive but not when in neutral at speed of 0. The vibration tends to increase when the car has warmed up. What could be the problem?

The most common problem for this type of vibration is worn engine and transmission mounts. The rubber gets hard in the mounts and it doesn't isolate normal engine vibration from the driver. Other factors come in here like a mechanical engine problem or a slow idle speed from a problem in the automatic idle speed control system. I suggest you have a local shop take a look at this and see if my guesses as to the cause are fact or fiction.

Car vibrates when in drive, but stopped at a light, stop sign, etc

Take your car to the nearest tire shop and have them double check the wheel weights. They can also tell you what may be wrong if the wheel weights are all there and correct.

The car vibrates when in drive while at a stop. What would cause this ?

Vibration at idle brings to mind a few suspects:

transmission mount(s) broken/missing
transmission internally worn
motor mount(s) broken/missing

(1) transmission internally worn or transmission mount broken/missing - test this by shifting into neutral at the next stop light. If the vibration disappears when you disengage the transmission, then the transmission is the source of the vibration. You'll have to inspect the transmission mounts - if they're ok, then the transmission is internally worn and can no longer smoothly "slip" while idling in drive.
(2) motor mount broken/missing - also test this by shifting into neutral at the next stop light. If the vibration persists, then the transmission is exonerated, and the vibration is coming from (under) the engine. The rubber part of motor mounts commonly crack/break and or pop out and are lost.
