Good Evening, so you are thinking of purchasing a PT Cruiser, all in all not a bad car. The cruiser is basically an oversized dodge neon, the timing components (belt and pulleys) are the basic things to be sure are replaced at recommended intervals. If you have a regular mechanic I would recommend asking them how they feel working on them, due to the severe lack of space in the engine compartment and gauge their response. For the price and the miles you are doing pretty good. By then they all use the multi-layer headgasket so you should not have many problems there. Mainly the problems I have seen with them are timing issues, rear main seal leaks and transmission issues. With the miles and if there is prior history documentation I would say you are doing good. What I tell people on the car lot is any vehicle if properly maintained will run a long time, Hope this bit of advice helps.
Thanks,
Joey

Yes on the new mounts they have a fluid medium in between the mouts to keep from vibrating, almost all cars have them now.
