Question about 1995 Eagle Talon
3 things needed for running of an engine. fuel, spark, and timing. you can force feed it fuel into the throttle body to see if it is missing fuel (have a fire extinguisher handy). spark (adequate spark) can be checked with a $10 spark tester from a local parts store. if it has both of those, and is turning over fast enough, then the timing is not right. Any and ALL other problems might make it run poorly, but it WILL run if you have those 3 things...
