Even though harness may be compatible, all your ignition components will vary, get a manual on both engines with wiring diagrams before proceding.. you will need help of an expert at these modifications

I have subaru legacy without turbo so my dad want to change and put turbo is it ok?

This depends on the year model, as it might need more than just an engine swap......it may require a new engine ecu, and wiring harness etc..........you did not state the year model so i cannot give you a proper 100 % answer !!

94 ford tbird rebuilt engine wiring harness plug too small

If the rebuilt motor is a twin of the original, use the original wire harness. Why would the motor have a harness on it?You usually keep everything, including your intake system and just get the long block.

Engine compatible

Yes. However it is a very expensive swap $5000 to $8000 to do it right. You will need the 1J or 2J engine, transmission, wiring harness, ecu, and alot of other pieces to do the swap. The engine brackets will need to be modified and you will have to upgrade your brakes. This kind of swap requires a good knowledge of the Toyota Supra and the engines. I do not recommend this swap for a beginner. A cheaper way is to take a 7M-GTE and upgrade the internals and turbo.

Timing diagram

You have Nissan's VG30DE engine in your car. If you go to www.ttzd.com (Twin Turbo Z's of Dallas), you'll find Tech articles for the 300ZX (the non-turbo version is the same engine that you have). One of the articles is the full timing belt service job. I believe it was done on a twin turbo, but for purposes of the timing system, the turbo and non-turbo are the same. It'll give you all the info, pictures, tool lists, and step by step instructions that you could want or need.

not worth the time and expense mate just go bye a faster car it will be cheaper as i think the exhaust exits the back off the head on the turbo engine and exits the front on the earlier no turbo.

mods can be fun but not worth the head aches
