My 2003 Kia spectra isn't getting gass, the fuel pump is new and the fuses are good and the filter is clean, what could this be? It started after it was towed.

You mean it doesn't start or doesn't turn 360 degrees. If it doesn't turn, check timing. If it does turn but doesn't start, check fuel, spark, compression and timing. You may also have a bad crankshaft sensor.
When the fuel pump was replaced it is important that you install a new fuel filter as it is necessary to have a clean filtered fuel into the pump. Also check the injectors and the spark plugs.
If the spark intensity is low check the HT COILS and the ignition system triggers to the HT coils.
If spark is good then the fuel pressure and calibration must solve the issue.

the purge valve i believe is located near your gas tank unless theyve moved it i should look like a little canister cyclinder shaped. both codes could be set off by the same problem. try replacing the valve.
are they good in the way that your getting power with a test light or volt meter?? if you are getting 12 volts with the ignition on or if you can actually hear the fuel pump relay clicking then its probably the pump itself or the wiring from the relay back to the pump. see if you can get at the wiring at the gas tank and try for voltage there with the ignition on if you get voltage then you have pump problems for sure
try to locate the fuel pump relay. the pump should be turned on by the relay controlled by the computer. If you can't find the relay, to your local parts store, sometimes they have a componentlocator and can tell you exactly where it is.
Hi,
It might have a partially blocked fuel line or ait intake supply.
Try to check your fuel filter.
The seive on the fuel pump.
The fuel injectors might be dirty.
The air cleaner might be clogged
or the fuel sensor might be malfunctioning.
Try to check the compression, it might be loosing compression when you demand the engine to move the vehicle.
