Very common problem on that motor. The plastic coolant elbows are available at auto parts stores along with tool you need to disassemble. Just give them year make & model.

One week after having someone install a radiator and a thermostat, water was gushing out of the lower part where the serpentine belt is

If its coming out of the water pump the leak should be about dead center on the passenger side of the engine. Check right above the water pump. you should see a plastic 90 degree elbow that comes out of the lower intake and goes into the tensioner assembly (on the 3.8 liter). This is a very common part to fail. it should be fairly obvious if it is leaking. The good news is the two elbows (there is one down lower) are available for about 5 bucks and it only takes about an hour to replace them.

Check this thoroughly for vacuum leaks. Ford uses 90 degree elbows that collapse and create major vacuum leaks. This is usually the reason for lean codes and mass air flow sensor codes.

My 2003 monte carlo ss is leaking antifreeze. i noticed it is leaking from behind the belt tensioner out of a piece which is black in color and has a 90 degree angle on it.

There are two plastic elbows that go from the intake and the waterpump to the tensioner bracket for the heater hoses. They need replaced.

The evaporator drain is plugged with debris and filling up the heater case. Remove the 90 degree elbow and clear the drain hole at the case.(pencil or piece of wire) You will know that's it when it dumps out a half gallon on the floor. Be sure to reinstall the elbow to keep out rain/ road spray.

I have noticed a couple of drops of anti freeze on the floor the last couple of days the bottom of the car is starting to get wet with antifreeze

Right above the water pump there's a 90 degree elbow that's made out of plastic that comes out of the intake and goes to a heater core hose. That's where mine was leaking. Get it replaced soon because it will get worse. I heard this is common on these 3.8L engine.
