Question about 1996 Dodge Caravan
One of the most likely cause's is the blend door, the switch or the relay which switches it maybe faulty or the blend door motor is faulty.
You need to check power from the switch to the control module, then power from the module to the blend door motor.
The blend door motor is on the heater assembly itself an can be difficult to get too without removing the dash and and center consoles.
Hope this helps, let me know if you want more information.
