It doesn't actually have one this function is incorporated into the smart junction box.
The SJB monitors the multifunction switch position by sending multiple voltage reference signals to the multifunction switch. When the multifunction switch is in the LH or RH TURN positions, or the hazard lamp switch is pressed, that input signal is routed to ground.
When the SJB receives a request for a turn signal or the hazard lamps, the SJB supplies on/off voltage to the appropriate turn lamps.
The timed on/off cycle is determined by the SJB and is set to flash approximately 80 times per minute if both the front and rear turn lamps operate correctly. If an individual turn signal lamp is inoperative, the SJB fast flashes the remaining turn lamp approximately 160 times per minute to indicate to the driver of a bulb outage.
The SJB bulb outage is configurable and can be turned off for the rear lamps. This is to accommodate vehicles that have been upfitted with rear LED lamps in place of the traditional incandescent bulbs.

A Cummings? Are you sure it is not a Powerstroke? If it is a powerstroke the check the little hose on the passenger side of the intake to make sure it is connected to the nipple on the manifold. Also check on the connector on the turbo that has two wires going to the vgt solinoid. Make sure it is plugged in.

Take some WD40 and open the doors and spray a liberal amount into each of the door latches. Then open and close the doors firmly several times. This will work most of the time to unstick the ajar switches.
