Sounds like you need work done. hard to say what is worn out without putting it on a lift and grabbing stuff, but here is what I would check: ball joints (lower and upper, if it has them), tie rod ends, steering gear. While under there, might as well look at bushings, torsion bar links and anything else that can wear out. Let us know if you have more questions.

Knocking Noise from Front End Toyota Corolla 2004

Ensure the wheel nuts and Axle nuts are properly torqued to the specification. Lift up the front wheels, place supports under the car and do the following:
- Sit if front of right wheel, slightly move it right and left and feel any abnormal noise if coming out of it. If click-click or Tuck-Tuck sound is observed it could be due to the excessive play in the tie rod end, rack end, ball joint wheel bearing or U joint. Next hold the Tire with your one hand at the top and with other hand at the bottom. Shake the Tire inside out and feel any noise or play. If play is observed, it could be the worn out ball joint or the wheel bearing. Now hit the Tire at the top with rubber hammer and observe any rattling noise coming from near the center of the wheel. If you could listen to the extra noise it could be due to the dried up caliper pins. Grease the pins with graphite grease. If all is found fine, similarly check the left wheel and repair as necessary.

I have a 2003 Jeep Wrangler TJ SE 4 cyl. While traveling on rougher roadways, (usually between 30 - 50 mph), it will start to shimmy and shake. At first it was slight to significant. Right now, it's...

Two things to check. 1 The sway bar, it runs from tire to tire in front and is connected to the control arms with sway bar links, these links are what usually breaks. 2 the stablizer bar located in the front, it runs from one tire to just off center of the frame, these are a little harder to diagnose, but when you get it off you know for sure. the bushings get bad in them. This is most likely your problem. I have replace a few of them that had your symtoms

When you drive 45 mph and above the front end shakes real bad

very good chance you will need tie rod ends, is there squeaking during turns? (ball joints) hit a bump at higher speeds and the car sways left and right? any other symptoms?

00 FORD E 350 MY FRONT END SHAKE ALL SPEED

If it is constantly shaking? Sounds like a knot on your tire. Because if it was tie rod end or sway bar then it would stop at certain times. Like slow speeds, or when you turn a little then straighten it back out.
Jack it up and pull on the wheels and if something is loose or worn out it will show up. Feel around the tire for a knot. Lower the jack to where the tire barely clears the ground and spin it. It will hit the ground if there is a knot you cant feel.

2001 town and country sways to much

You most likely need new struts and shocks. especially in the rear. It is common. If it feels like this all the time including driving straight, then check that sway bar an ends aren't broken.
