Without the key the disc is worthless. You might get lucky by contacting the manufacture for a replacement or new key, but most likely they're going to want you to buy a new disc. My advice is try to find the case.

Solder and shrink tubing work fine for that. That is for the pk2 theft module that tells the car that you are using the correct key with the chip in it.

The low side A/C refridgerant port is mounted on the side of the A/C accumulator/drier which is mounted under the LF of the car. Cannot be seen from the top of the engine compartment.

Real easy. Go to the MB dealership, proceed to the parts department give them the VIN of your car(I used my insurance card) ,they type in your VIN, few seconds... they hand you over a post-it w/ your code.
Go to your car punch in the code and make sure you press OK.
Your done ...radio works again.
