Question about 1991 Dodge Ram 150
It is possible that your carb is worn and putting too much fuel in from when it was new...so only a NEW cat will clean up the excess emissions...worth checking ??

Testimonial: "thanks man solved a problem ive had for years in half an hour"
1992 dodge ram 150 bucks when going steady 60MPH. I just had transmission rebuilt, replaced wires, cap and router, and oxygen sensor . My catalytic converter is purple and I don't want to replace it until I figure out the small bucking issue at 60 MPH.
