When new AUDI use 10/40 semi synthetic(gemini)for annual/10k services and 10/40 fully synthetic for extended services.WHAT WAS YOUR CAR SET TO WHEN NEW????bet you aint got a clue.(the new owner must specify before collection and it aint written down.....)the vast majority of owners never ever know that they can specify.....the code on the chassis sticker (3"square paper)reads sg3. which means customer selectable.

What kind of oil? Is its not synthetic it's wrong...the Audi engines have a small oil pickup tube and the cheap oil gunks up the engine and clogs pump screen causing light to come on eventually engine failure....you need to flush engine ....you can use kerosine or go to parts store and tell them you want to clean the internals of gunk ...pour in engine oil let run for few min drain oil ...buy cheap oil for this do same thing 3 times ...when light goes off your done fill with fully synthetic oil and you just saved your engine ...only synthetic oil

What is the type of engine and Automaic transmission oil shall I use in lancer 2002 1300cc motor 4g13?

15w-30 engine oil and ATF transmission oil probably an atf -4 oil
ring any automatic transmission shop for the oil specs
make sure that it is a genuine automatic transmission and not a cv transmission ( constant velocity )transmission as using ATF oil will destroy the belt and the transmission

What kind of oil should i use for 2004 Audi A6 ?

It depends. If you have a turbo engine like the 2.7T, or the 4.2 V8, you should be running a quality synthetic oil like Mobil1. If you have a V6, you're OK running conventional oil (I use Valvoline conventional, 5W30, in my 99 A4 with a 30v 2.8 V6).

On my 2002 Audi A4 the Engine Oil Sensor faulty light has come on. Does this need to be replaced Immediately? The car is running normally. Can I change the sensor on my own?

Might want to keep an eye on this one.

AUDI has recalled A4 models d/t excessive "oil sludge buildup" (leading to possible engine failure, timing belt failure, and an overall decrease in daily performance). You will note that AUDI has switched from mineral based oil, to synthetic oil for routine oil changes. The aforementioned will allow the engine oil viscocity to remain constant between service point intervals.
