Why....92 stealth cooling fan works just sitting but after driving 20 miles cooling fan does not work, causing overheating..whats wrong?

you may not have a bad cooling system but a possible bad but small head gasket leak I would have it tested for a head gasket leak.

92 dodge stealth 3.0 dohc the valves get bent when the timing belt breaks?

it is non-interference. But it's a very close fit and if an engine is excessively carboned up that can be enough to cause interference.

I have an exhaust leak on my 92 dodge stealth R/T, it seems to be coming from some plastic piece in front of the cadallic converter. what is this piece? and is it replaceable?

theres nothing plastic on the exhaust system, so maybe a repair shop will need to check it and give you an estimate on repairs.

1992 dodge stealth valve adjustment

If the lifters [automotive repair industry term] or hydraulic lash adjusters [actual terminology], which are ment to maintain the correct distance between the valve train components is bleeding off oil within the adjuster, it must be replaced. The only thing that can be done is to replace them. I would suggest replaceing all 24 [dual overhead cam engine type], if you are in there doing that, you may as well replace the valve stem seals as well... and believe me, its alot of work, ive done it..
