It's a problem with the ABS. Beyond that, that's what the technicians
are paid for. Come on, they spend $700-$900-$1500 for scan tools, the
least you could do is subsidize them for a measly $70 an hour. :-)
Honestly though, if the light comes on immediately after you start the
engine, then it's probably a controller problem. If the light comes on
after you start rolling, then it's probably a sensor problem. If the
light comes on when the system does its normal self-test (usually after
the first time you go more than 2-3mph driving forwards) then it's
probably a motor or controller problem. This obviously can only help
you figure out what general area the problem *might* be in, but I can't
see your van very easily from here.
