The starter is buried on the back side of the motor. I would recommend borrowing some ramps and lifting the whole front end. If you can only raise one side the right side might give you better access to the solenoid connections and starter bolts.

unbolt the sway bar links from the control arms and the two brackets holding it to the frame. make sure if you jack it up jack up the front end. if you jack up one side and not the other and take the sway bar loose it will be loaded and could cause injury if not careful as long as both front tires are off the ground the sway bar will not be loaded and will be safe to deal with

R&R Starter 1999 Plymouth Voyager w/3.3 V6

The likely problem is the contacts in the solenoid on the side of the starter. Does the solenoid click when trying to start the car? Disconnect one battery cable before doing anything with it. I fixed mine by removing the end of the solenoid case and building up the badly eroded input terminal bolt head with silver solder--worked great. You have to work under the car to get to these parts--use jack stands for safety.

Does 2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager have a Pollen Filter / Cabin Air Filter. If so, where is it lokated?

In 2000 the only Grand Voyager that was equiped with a cabin air filter was the 6 cylinder 3.3 liter Sport model.

Cabin filters are generally found in one of two locations: under the hood, or under the dash board.
