Check fuel pressure and possibly the pulse width of the fuel injectors when running.

Rough idle can be caused by the ECU. First check to see if any codes are being set - it may have a faulty fuel pump or a clogged filter however you mentioned at first you found wet plugs and that indicates a potential ignition issue.

Flood engine

You get liquid fuel drowning the spark plugs, so no spark. There is usually a strong smell of fuel. It is rare for this to happen with fuel injected engines. Depending on the type you may be able to start by flooring the throttle pedal and keeping it there while you crank, but with some modern engines this won't work either! You could take out the spark plugs and dry them, or just wait 20-30 minutes.

Gmc 350 tbi drown itself

Sounds like one of the injectors has failed, or has dirt in it.
There is a small magnet in each injector that opens it - there is a spring to keep it closed.
Can you see one of the injectors leaking when you turn the engine off ?

There are 4 possible problems:
1,) Loose or damaged wiring harness connections at distributor, coil, or alternator.
2.) Intake manifold leaks or leaking vacuum connections.
3.) insufficient fuel flow.
4.) Plugged vent of charcoal canister (if equipped).

Jeep won;t fuel pump installed

try the fuel filter and make sure you have proper oil pressure!! Remeber if you have tried craking to many bad times then the plugs are going to be fouled out!! Means that they are going to be drowned with gas and need replacing!! Also make sure your fuel pump is coming on!! You should hear a hissin or a hummin noise back from the fuel tank!

The computer is located under the carpet, passenger side, where passengers feet would be. If the water was up to the console, your computer was doing the back stroke, and I'm afraid it drowned. Sorry! countrycurt0
