Toyota,Europe use 10/40 semi synthetic,for all their cars/suv.they are even supplied from the factories worldwide with this grade of oil.
as they have a world contract with shell.

yes!! all oil changes should! involve a filter change too! just that dealships high jack you on over priced parts ! and labor they always have and always will

Try your local Autozone or Advance Auto Parts, it usually is sold there and it would say on the plastic or label for what year to what year is that fitment on it but to be honest there was one time that I bought one that didn't fit the car I was installing a radio hope so is not your case that its electric system has not been modified .....
