Question about 2002 Hyundai Accent
There is a fair bit involved here. . first I would straight up change the bulbs as the do burn 2 at a time not likely but bulbs are cheaper and you never know may get lucky. next if that doesn;t work i would check connections at the grounds for the lights. do this with a multimeter. if grounds are ok. check for power at the back of the light terminal. if there is nothing for brake light with someone press the pedal check the plunger switch under the dash at the top of the brake pedal.
if all that is a fail
pop the light switch out of the dash check all wiring for burnt or rubbed through insulation including the clip that goes to the switch itself repair according if problem is found.
also check all related relays do this by swapping out suspect relays with known good relays
good luck i hope i got everything :o
