Look for a small toggle switch, usually under the dash (lower area) around the drivers kick panel or below the steering wheel. It is a vallet switch, if it has one...Anyways, if it does, flip the switch to the other position (2 position switch) and then cycle your ignition switch from off to on then off again. That should activate the vallet mode, which deactivates the alarm. Also, you'll notice the little LED will blink differently now, indicating vallet mode is active.

Can a remote start be installed in a car with NO KEYLESS ENTRY? no alarm system...just a key to open doors

Yes. After market remote start kits don't care about keyless entry or alarm systems. You will get a separate key fob to operate the remote starter.

How do I reprogram my remote door lock control after I replace the battery in it?

Is this a factory alarm unit or an after-market alarm? If this is an after-market alarm, all you need to do is hit the valet button under the dashboard to reset the alarm after a battery change.

I Have Civic 1984 The Clutch Disk Has Broken Every 2 Week And I Changed Him 4 Time So I Didn't Know The Really Reason Of This Problem.??????

The input shaft on the trans should have no play. This will cause all kinds of problems including rapit wear. Because your having so much trouble it would be a good idea to do all of the inspections that nobody does. I will include them. I also hear rummers about after market clutch kits some I find hard to belive but after replacing clutch that many times I think I would put an OEM clutch setup in unless you find a good reason for the clutch to wear out that fast.

I have a 1996 trans am with a factory alarm i dont have a remote and it wont turn off with key now my car wont start is there any way to disarm

Not sure

However you could get a cheap remote online and pay a locksmith to program it to your alarm cheap.

Remotes usually go for about 30 to 50 bucks online.

Some even give you instructions on how to program it to your alarm pretty easily.

I just bought a 97 pontiac trans sports and i dont remember the anti theft thingy to starty it and the guy i bought the van from is gone

Contact a Pontiac Dealer, I believe on that van, if you take and cycle the key off and on 3 times, that will reset the alarm and anti theft thingy.

2000 pontiac GranPrix has no spark, cranks all day long

If the after market alarm system isn't completely removed from the vehicle and the car restored back to where it was prior to the alarm, the alarm system will think someone is trying to steel the car and has shut down the signal from the PCM.
The alarm needs to completely removed.
Once the alarm has been removed, I would use a GM ignition key, you may need to tow the car to your local GM dealer to make a new ignition key and program the key to match the PCM, it's possible the vehicle ant-theft system has shut down the electrical because of the incorrect ignition key.
