Check your AC Pressure Cycling Switch. You said the AC is very cold when
driving, "If" the AC is truly working and the Pressure Cycling Switch is not
causing the compressor clutch to cycle your AC evaporator could be freezing
solid. Causing warm air until it melts.

With the vehicle idling, open the hood and check to see if you can hear the
AC Compressor Clutch engaging and disengaging. If it is engages and never
disengages replace your Pressure Cycling Switch.

If it is cycling put an AC thermometer in the center duct and check the
temperature of the air coming out. When you think it is working the
temperature should be no higher than about 40 degrees.

If it is Bring your vehicle to a licensed AC repair shop and get the system
checked for leaks, you may be low on refrigerant.

An AC system never "uses up" refrigerant, So if you are low it is leaking
somewhere and you need to get it fixed.
