The friction plate says"front"on one side,that goes towards you.over which the pressure plate fits,(you have to align the spigot bearing up with the friction plate grooves so that the primary gearshaft fits into it easy,or you will never get the box back into the car.)then you slide on the bearing with the bearing carrier,with the bell housing.yes it sounds simple but ive been doing it for years and the picture is in my head,you may need a diagram...

Clucth cable snap

you have type off cables.adjustable and non adjustbles.
cable can be just to old.clucth is worn out ,you can see this ,
by your clucth pedal is higher then the brake pedal.

Vw sharan I changed clucth and flywheel but some times clucth padel stays down and first gear hard to change.

sounds like the pivot for the clutch release arm has broken or the the release arm has come off the pivot.

My clutch is sticking

check the fuild level in the clucth mastercylinder. it is more than likely a hydalic problem. if clucth was worn thin it would want to slip. sounds like it not wanting to disengauge. hope this helps.

immobilzer common problem .feed starter solinod switch direct. if starter turns and starts with ignition on then link wire problem if turns and but dont starts with ign on then immobilzer

Ford ranger 2004 dont start

i had the same problem and figured out that i was using my spare key and for some reason the spare they gave me didnt work in the ignition bc it was a programmed key. try and find the original key if you do not have it. otherwise you might have to get a new one from the dealership. :( $$$
