Check distributor cap for water/condensation and wipe dry inside. Also check other ignition components that might have got wet.

My 06 Chevy cobalt went through high water and shut off in it now it won't start It's been on high ground for about 8 hours now

Depends on high the water was and where it went. Start with removing all the spark plugs and cranking the engine over several times. Let it set for a while. Put in new spark plugs. Before you start it, check the oil. If it is really high on the stick, replace it and the filter. Try to start it then. If still no start, next I would remove the pre O2 sensor and see if it starts. If it does, this means the exhaust system is full of water. As the engine is running plug the hole and let the engine push it out. May take several attempts. And will smoke heavily.

My mazda 2005 overheat but if i put high rpm like 3000 the temp. go to normal i allready change the termostat and water pump

Sounds like you need a new water pump. When you turn the engine at high rpm's then the pump is pumping faster and circulating the water. But isn't circulating the water good enough at lower rpm's

2001 gram am the engine turns but wont statr

Here's where to look. You may have water in the crankcase, engine cylinders, fuel tank, and air intake. Electrical damage is also likely if the car was not dried out before engaging the starting system, and engine computer control system. This will be a tedious task. Dry it out and change the oil. You may have to pull the spark plugs to clear the rest of the water out of the cylinders. There may be water damage to the computer system if the key was turned on while wet. After you are sure it is completely dry, have self test diagnostics run to see if the engine control system is functioning properly. The exhaust should be clear, but if restricted, the engine may not start either. Time is best spent letting it dry and changing contaminated fluids.

The engine sometimes runs at a very high sound

What you can try is to cool the "camshaft rotary sensor" by pouring (normal) water (which I also did just last week) and it works to start & run the car until the next pull-over. You have to redo pouring water if you stop the endine and does not re-start. But this may be just an emergency solution wherein you have to let the car be serviced by a mechanic.

Po118 the car is not cracking

Is the engine cranking over? Or is the clicking you described all that happens? If the engine is turning over, the first thing you want to make sure of is that you all your connectors plugged back in and that you have spark at the spark plugs.
If the engine is not turning over and you only hear a clicking sound, recharge your battery or replace it and go from there.
Post what you find out so we can go further.
