Question about 2003 Kia Rio
There is a 10 amp coming just off of the battery(If I remember properly) I know you said "no blown fuses", but there is a common denominator. This fuse goes to the alternator and could create this issue. There is also a resister that is located behind the driver's kick panel(plastic by the left foot) in the harness. The kia dealer would be able to pin point it's exact location for easy replacement. That is also in line for these accessories. Did anything happen while replacing the battery? Let me know please.
