2001 Ford Expedition Problem occurs at

Did they check the TPS Sensor or the (TACM)
throttle actuator motor on the throttle body?

They may have to actually drive the vehicle with a scanner
on it & come back & look at data

I think a local shop will be better at that than a dealer

2006 Expedition Limited, misses while driving.

I have a 2006 expedition with 136,000 miles and have had the transmission checked and replaced the coil wires but it still misses at 40-50 MPH and at 70 mph does the same sound. If you accelerate and back off the go again it sounds like the transmission is clunking but the transmission guy said it wasn't the transmission. HELP!!!
