TOYOTA 22RE Idle problem / power loss

1987 4Runner 22RE Idles low when its cold high when warm.Also some rough
starts ,like its flooded.Replaced timing chain,gears,guides and had a valve
job.
New plugs,wires,cap,rotor etc.Strong when its cold seems to lose power when
it gets warmed up.175000 miles need to go 200000 any ideas? Thanks.

check the compresion on the cilynders, may be the head gasket.good luck.
