04 problem

On my '99 I believe it's the #4 fuse, but check your owner's manual to be sure.

Sounds like a problem with the door switch. The wire could have fallen off
and is grounding against the body. I would remove the switch and check it.

I'm having a problem with my 04 Wrangler.

The interior lights seem to have taken on a life of their own. They come on
and
off at random. Sometimes they refuse to shut off when I get out of the Jeep.

Anyway, the dealer won't get me in until monday. Has anybody else had this
problem? If so, what was the solution?

Or does anyone know what fuse I should pool to keep the lights form going
on.

I would check the manual and remove the fuse until Monday. . . Sounds like
faulty wiring either in the door area or in the lighting.

Pull Fuse #4 from the fuse panel located behind the glove box.

It sounds like you need to have the door switches adjusted. The fuse is the
one you would pull if you took the doors off. The interior lights will not
wirk with the opening of the doors, but will still operate with the light
switch.

It was the door switch and pulling fuse #4 solved the problem until I ot it to
the dealer.
