What is the correct tire pressure? Is it less for the front tires than the back tires? There are no labels on any of the door jambs or under the fuel filler cap door.

I run 35 psi on all 4 tires the tires will have a maximum pressure rating on them.Which is high, example 40 psi and will give a rougher ride, and the tires may wear in the center or crown.over inflation is as bad as under!

The light goes out automatically once all tires are at the correct pressure. The proper pressure is usually labeled on the driver's door jamb.

What is the tyre pressure for a 195/55/R 15 tyre

The correct tire pressure for your vehicle is located on a label inside the drivers door jamb or on the door itself or sometimes in the glove box. If there is no label then use the tire pressure listed on the tire side wall. If that is not there then the standard is 38lbs.

What is the correct air pressure for the tyres

Look on the side of the tire, there are lots of numbers, one of them will be the max tire pressure in psi or kPa. For the correct tire pressure for your car, there should be a sticker on the drivers side door jamb. If the sticker is missing, put 5 psi LESS than max number you found on the sidewall of the tire.

Tyre pressure

As already mentioned, the front drivers side door jamb has a label with details about the vehicle. These include the proper inflation for both front and rear tires. I also recommend that you look on the tire wall itself around the edge of the tires on your van. Make sure you follow the manufacturers suggested inflation maximum for air pressure. And always try to fill them when the tires are reasonably cold as heat expands.

What is the correct front and rear tire pressures for a 1999 Z24 Cavalier convertible. Our driver side door was replaced and the sticker is missing.

I think there is another other sticker in the back cover of the spire tire cover in the trunk, but you can go by the the tire pressure label on the tire it self and run the rear tire pressure 4 pounds less then the front. The front always have more since that is where the engine is and the rear has no weight so a softer tire will keep the rear end from hopping around bumpy corners. I believe the proper tire pressure on the Z24 if it's the correct tire is 42 lbs cold front and 38 lbs cold rear if you like the performance feel and if you like the softer feel, then drop it by 6 lbs both front and rear. Good luck and hope this helps.
