Might be one of two issues, ...
the calipers or one of them in the front is bound up, and will need replacement.
or...the pads aren't "free" moving due to rust. (Pads should be able to slide in and outward fairly smoothly, in the caliper bracket)

Why does the brakes drag on occasion?

Have changed the brake hoses? A weak or soft hose will collapse when you release the brakes. This will slow the caliper releasing.

I got new ball joints(lower), new brakes (rotor, pads) and new tires but still front wheel keeps dragging at 60-80 kph. What's wrong?

It could be the brake hoses goig the the calipers. They deteriorate from the inside and swell Because you have several thousand pounds of pressure when you push the brakes the fluid will compress the calipers. But the hoses wont let them decompress, holding the brake pads to the rotors. This will cause a drag. And the hotter they get the worse the drag.

My Gmc 1992 it will start and everything but when i take out for a drive it wont resond.i press the gas and it to lazy..

Mine did the same thing for years, dragging response and what sounded like octane knock. Turns out the front brakes were dragging so it was like trying to drive with the brakes on all the time. After replacing both front calipers and bleeding system out with new fluid, it turned out that the brake hoses were bad. An easy solution to a problem that dogged me for years, feels like a new motor under the hood now.

Have you noticed any pulling when braking? Try pulling up to a stop on a slight incline and see if it rolls or stays in place. It should roll easily, if not, you've got brakes dragging.

The right front brake drags and gets hot

When it drags, loosen the bleeder, if it releases, the hose is bad, if it does not release, the caliper is bad.

Try replacing the brake hose they have a tendancy to collapse on the inside over time due to age and will cause brake drag.

Dragging right front brake

Then it it most likely something other than the caliper, like maybe the master cylinder or some brake line problem it your problem is only on one brake. I assumed that you changed the pads and rotor as well (and did both sides at the same time) Rick
