Question about 1998 Ford Windstar
Actually, I believe both runners are switched by the same vacuum switch. It may be that switch that has failed. Trace the vacuum lines from the actuators on the end of the manifold back to the vacuum switch and test it for operation. I think it hangs off the back of the inlet system close to the firewall (really hard to get to) :o(
