Question about 2004 Ford Freestar
Your fuel door lock probably works on a cable set-up if the lever is broken by the gas tank you may be able to access it by the inside of your fender well or when you open your filler door you should be able to unscrew your filler hose line and see what the problem is. to replace it you may have to drop your tank. if you do not care about the lock then open the door and super glue the lock tab back . however you may have a warning light that will stay on. if tab is broken you may be able to glue it if the cable is broken then you will have to replace it.
