Yes they can, providing the engines are the same, 6 or 8 cylinder.
Try calling an auto parts store and ask them if they can give you a rough idea on the highest year you can go.

Have to remove wheel, have someone push brakes on & undo nut to shaft in center of hub, undo lower ball joint on control arm & pry it out, move lower control arm out from shaft, then remove shaft from transmission, then do seal. Don't forget, going back in shaft should snap in.( little retainer ring on end.)

Getting to much gas

I had the same problem with my 87 new yorker. After alot of research and messing around I found it could be a few things. The Map sensor $55 on left side fender, the PCM located inside the air intake tube $50 at junkyard, also make sure that the injector is not stuck open and that both connections on the injector are connected securly.

89 Chrysler New Yorker , heater/blower came on while driving, can't turn it off. The buttons don't work.

Try a new heater blower motor resister, most likely shorted out, the resister controls blower speeds, and also makes blower run.

Location of fuel pump and filter

In the fuel tank. You will have to drop the fuel tank and it's located on the top. It is mounted by a bracket, and must be removed as one piece.
