Question about 2002 Lincoln LS
Hi, the alternator has a wire from ignition to the alternator called the W L lamp. if this comes up the most common fault is the diode pack or comutator brushes. alternator not charging enough or WARNING LIGHT wire grounding to body of the car. some times the WARNING LIGHT wil be very dim all these usually means your alternator will need replacing. gerry
