There should be a draincock at the bottom of the Radiator, if not you can just loosen and slip off the lower Radiator Hose and drain it that way.

Where is the radiator drain plug on a 1999 mercury villager 3.3 v-6 engine?

If there is one on the radiator it should be on the rear at the bottom of the radiator or underneath it. Sometimes it is just a plug and not a pit ****. If none is available you can loosen the bottom radiator hose and drain the radiator from there.

Sounds like you either have a cracked valve body or stuck valves inside of the transmission.

Where is the radiator bolt located, to drain the water out of the radiator

should be at the bottom of the rad with a little hose coming from it .(the hose points down and goes nowhere just ther to help drain) if you cant find it you can also pull the bottom rad hose off and drain it that way.

Need to drain radiator in 1999 Mercury Sable & add stop leak

There is a drain **** on the driver's side on the bottom of the radiator. It is hard to reach and hard to see. You'll probably need to remove the black cover under the radiator and bumper to get to it.
