Front brakes need to be looked at. Could be the calipers just need their travel pins cleaned and lubed, but could also be they need to be replaced as they are not backing off like they should. This will affect your gas milage too.

My tredmill works but after few mins I get burnt smell?

Treadmills are relatively simple machines, which means a burning smell can be quickly determined.

Check your treadmill belt for wear. Try to find where on the treadmill feels hot when you smell the burning. It could possibly be the electric motor or wiring giving out under load.

Does a lamp start to give a smell of burning when powering on when the lamp is burnt out?

no-- if the lamp is burnt out there is no current flow to make it get hot to smell
that may be from a short in the lamp holder where the wires are

Burning smell, very hot and all 5 lug nuts loose on same wheel

Your brake caliper and/or brake hose is hanging up not allowing fluid pressure to release. Most likely your brake rotor is already warped from excessive heat also. Replace caliper(loaded or unloaded) and hose ,bleed brake system and you're good to go.

Burning smell

sound like you have had a circuit over load from a short and now there will be burnt wires under the dash . Check for what wires have burnt and then check the fuse size for that circuit as it should have burnt out before the wires did.

Fan with burn smell when engine switched off

It is normal for the fan to run for a short while (few minutes) after turning off the car to allow the heat in the radiator to dissipate. The time may be dependent on the coolant temperature or it could just be a fixed time (i.e. so many minutes). The burning smell could be a loose belt, but I suspect the radiator fan is electrical and not belt-driven. I think the burning smell could be oil from a leaking gasket. The oil drips onto the hot engine and voila... burnt oil. Not sure what you mean by new (new to you or 2013-14 model), but new cars should not have any leaking fluids. A stuck break caliper could aslo produce a burning smell.

The van smells and the lug nuts are gettign burning hot after it is driven for only 10 minutes.

my best guess would be a brake pad or caliper that is sticking on the "on" position. This will cause the brake to generate a high amount of heat and it will heat up the lugnuts. the smell should smell like burning brakes because that is what is happening. the smell itself is hard to describe . if it gets extremely hot you will see smoke coming from the brake that is not working correctly. if it is one brake doing it the steering should also "pull" to the side of the problem. right wheel brake dragging will cause the vehicle to "pull" or verr to the right side.

Over heating brakes in hot weather with a strong smell

When was the last time your brakes where replaced. Your rims can get hot sometimes even on short trips depending on how often you need to use your brakes. But if your pads are low and "burning up" you may want to look into getting them replaced before they cause rotor damage. You will also loose braking performance and loose stopping power.

Super hot lug nuts

Sounds like the wheel bearing is bad - when it is, the friction inside the hub goes up and the hub gets heated, sometimes to scalding temperatures. You should immediately look into getting this handled - a fully failed wheel bearing may cause the wheel to lock up at speed, potentially causing a crash.
