I want to replace the offside front bush on the lower wishbone is it a difficult job and how long would you expect it to take

If you can get to a press it should not be a big deal, just remove the wishbone and press the old one out and the new ones in.

After hitting curb

the stub axle and support is bent so I would change the complete unit with a unit from the wreckers . All wishbones and strut units depending on your suspension. Check for damage to the sub-frame where it all bolts to.

Front strutt bush very loose , steering very woolly replaced wishbone and track rod ends only thing i can think of is new bushes to solve the problem.

If the bushings are worn, then it is best to replace them. If changing the other parts did not solve the problem, then have the bushings changed.

Audi a4 problem

I had this problem with my old Audi 80 and basically it was a knackered fuel pump. If your car is a few years old avoid the main Audi dealers and take it to an independant Audi/Volkswagon specialist and you will save a small fortune.
