Most will poke it from the outside
you can find the drain on the firewall
however, the correct way would be to remove the blower and blow the drain from the inside

Water on passenger side floorboard

check and clean out the ac drain hose for the AC unit. IT blocks up with gunk inside and the water flows out into the car not outside.

Water on passenger side floor.

do you have ac? does it only happen when you use your ac? Your drain tube may be plugged. If no relation to your ac, then likely related to your heater core

2000 Honda Civic AC Clutch relay engages even when car is off and drains the battery.

you need to check the A/C clutch relay in that circuit as the contacts of the relay have welded themselves together from the high current draw of the clutch coil and replace this item this will solve your problem of being on all the time and draining the battery

Stuff coming out of AC vents

Thats normal for an older car..
It is debris & foam insalation that is around the ducking..
Worse thing that might happen from that is you loose a little insalation,, and make a clean car a little messy..

I have a 2002 honda civic and the ac won't turn on

Check the AC relay at the engine compartment. Remove it and clean out the connections. Put it back in and try to start the AC.Gently tap the relay with the backend of a screwdriver or similar object. Sometimes relays get stuck either in the on position or off. especially if they are a few years old.If it starts, replace the old one with a new relay.

Idling problem when ac turned on honda civic lxi 1999

Hi,

To my knowledge (at least in my country), some Honda Civics have a compensator solenoid the pushes on the throttle that adjust the engine's RPM to its standard idling when the A/C compressor is activated. Technically, this solenoid is nothing more but a coil and a plunger. When the compressor runs, the same relay activates this solenoid and pushes the plunger forward increasing the RPM. Pls check/clean/adjust/replace as deemed fit and necessary.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.
