I see that the clutch is new however If the trani or the engine has a Seal leak, your clutch could have oil on it.
Any oil dripping at the Bellhousing?
you want to flush out the trani most likly is the filter ran through the trani the check balls inthe shift siloniods are clogged with filter now, but if you have low/1 and reverse the other possibility is that you lost a clutch band inthe trani, that would require a new trani.
well it depends on where it is leaking from if it is leaking from the pan in the seal area replace the seal and you might as well change the trani fluid and filter just to be on the safe side.
If you cant find where it is leaking get a can of Gunk engine cleaner and clean the trani off nice and good the look for fresh leaks after driving a bit.
If it looks like its a cracked case then you might as well just drop it and replace it.
But the first thing is to pin point where it is leaking from.
It could also be leaking from the trani fluid cooling lines.
possably a baring inside your gear box, if you know how 2 change a gearbox, good stuff, but first take it to a garage to see if they can pick up on it, before you do any work
It doesn't make any sence. You are on your third trani and all of them have failed with the same exact symptoms. Is the torque converter the same? And when the first trani was removed did you have metal in it? If so, you may have contaminates inside the trani cooler and it is either clogged and there is little or no flow or is sending the **** that is inside it into your replacement trani. The trani is a 4L60e, right?
