Question about 1988 Chevrolet S-10
Look for a site glass on the small high pressure line. This will be helpful when you charge the system. Charge the system at a fast idle or slightly above 1200 to 1400 rpm.As you charge you will see bubbles in the glass and a fommy look to the freeon as you charge the A/C It will start to cool even before the bubbles go away. Keep charging untill the site glass clears up! Stop as soon as there are no more bubbles seen. This is the best way i know how for you to charge the system and not check the high side pressures as you charge.
