It sounds to me as though it is the master cylinder. You can try bleeding the master cylinder itself, just to see if you have pressure there. But if you cannot pump them up, I'm betting on a bad master cylinder. I hope this helps you.
Good question, on the antilock system is a bleader too and bleade it the same way you bleade the caliper. After all is done adjust the rear brakes, they should have a drag to them.
is there adjustment under the dash at the pedal for the problem it may be a worn out return spring re check the lines for all air to have been bled out again.
Does Ford replaced the cruise control deactivation switch.

mechanics bodge this one ,slacken bleed nipple and hold finger on end then shout to mrs to push pedal down ,you then shout hold it down ,and apply a bit of pressure on nipple and then shout up,wait 5 secs for fluid to refill in master cylinder and repeat this 6/7 times then you should have some pressure ,maybe only a little bit but it becomes easier to bleed .if this doesnt work blame mrs throw a wobbly and throw her in the pool or fishpond and buy a new master cylinder or re rubber it and repeat again but i guarentee it will work then as she will be praying so hard to allah--- the almighty one will make it happen for you
Sounds to me like clutch is not freeing up if you turn off motor & it goes straight into gear. Did you replace all clutch parts plate pressure plate & realease bearing its almost like there is not enough travel on master cyl or slave cyl if clutch is OK
