At each end there is a wire clip that needs to be pulled out a bit and then at the same time pull the end off. Be sure to be holding the hood up at the same time. Next just push new rod on.

It is located on the top of the transmission. Open the hood, look down under the brake master cylinder. Remove the shift cable with a 15mm wrench. Remove the two bolts that hold the PRNDL switch to the transmission. Disconnect the wiring from the PRNDL switch. Remove switch.

How to replace ignition coil on ford focus wagon se

p, li { white-space: pre-wrap; }
Things You'll Need:

Adjustable wrench
Philips screwdriver
Paper clip
Ignition switch
Follow this simple steps

Open the hood and disconnect the cable from the negative terminal on the battery by loosening it with an adjustable wrench in a counterclockwise direction. Lift the cable off of the terminal and push it aside. Remove the plastic trim covers on the steering column from inside the passenger compartment by turning out the holding screws on the underside of the column with a Philips screwdriver in a counterclockwise direction. Set the trim covers and screws aside. Insert the key into the ignition switch and turn it to the ON position.
Straighten out a paper clip and insert one end of it into the hole on the side of the ignition cylinder facing the driver. Pull the ignition cylinder out towards the left hand side of the car once the paper clip releases the pin that holds the cylinder in place. Remove the key from the old cylinder and place it into the new ignition switch. Push the switch assembly into the cavity that the old switch was removed from until it locks into place. Turn the key to the OFF position and remove it if desired.

Replace the plastic trim covers and tighten the holding screws in a clockwise direction with a Philips screwdriver.
Place the battery cable back onto the negative battery terminal and tighten it with an adjustable wrench in a clockwise direction. Close the hood.

How big of a job is it to replace the air compresser for the air suspension?

I don't think it's that hard if it's located under the hood. A harness and mounting fasteners and pneumatic lines (plastic) connect to it.

If it's under the car, that's a bit harder. May need a lift.

My Cadillacs have it under the hood in an easy location.

My toyota camry 05 is taking the bumps hard, do I need to replace my struds or can they be adjusted?

They will have to be replaced. It's a gas filled pneumatic cylinder. There is/are no adjustment(s).

Inside hood latch broke, so how do i get under the hood of my 1995 chevy blazer

I would assume that the plastic handle broke from the cable? If so, try grabbing on the end of the cable with a pair of locking pliers. Latch onto the cable and hold the casing, then pull really hard. It should pop the hood. After you get the hood open, replace that cable, or if possible, leave the vice grips on it until you can get it to a shop to get it replaced.

Yes. Your Local Auto Parts Store should Carry these as Direct Replacements. If Not, Sears Carries them.
