You need a flex plate, ring gear or some call it a flywheel. Just make sure you ask any auto parts store or dealer & explain that it is for a 5 speed manual transmission. Dodge also called their version of this truck a D50.

Starter grinds and engine doesn't turn over when it does start it runs fine

Typically this sounds like a chewed up ring gear or flex plate but if you recently replaced that, the likely culprit is the pinion gear on the starter. It could be chewed up or the starter is not throwing it out enough. Also could be that the starter isn't properly shimmed.

Ford festiva transmission

You have a manual transmission. The synchronizers are bad. Probably a couple of bad bearings also. Get a manual and buy the parts. Save yourself atleast a $1000 labor from a garage.

88 s10 2.8 5 speed have power to lights, blower, radio, but wont turn over when turning key no clicking nothing wont even start or turn over by crossing solenoid

Since you have power to your accessories, here are a few more things to consider:
1: Automatic transmission not in park or the neutral safety switch is faulty
2: On manual transmissions clutch pedal not depressed or or clutch start switch failure
3: Broken or loose wires in the starting circuit. Inspect all wires and connectors at the battery, starter solenoid, and ignition switch
4: Starter motor pinion jammed in flywheel ring gear. Manual transmission. place transmission in gear and rock the vehicle to manually turn the engine. Remove starter and inspect pinion and flywheel

Is there a ring gear in a MR2 MK1 Transmission

The ring gear is mounted to the flywheel for your starter teeth to engage and turn the engine. Most all cars have this ring gear. If you are having problems starting it may be worn teeth at one point. Auto trans and manual trans will have a ring gear for the starter.
