There is a reset button in the fuse panel on the drivers side of the dash. turn the key to the on position but don't start it. Then push the reset button once, then push and hold it until your car speakers chime.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I HAVE A 2000 JEEP CHEROKEE AND THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON......THEN IT MADE A KNOCKING SOUND. EVERYTHING ELSE IS OK.THE OIL IS FINE THE COOLENT.....WHAT DO YOU THINK ?

Go to Checker, Autozone...or similar. Ask them to reset the check engine light and read the error code. There is no charge and its often something small. Spark plug misfire, fuel filter, PVC valve, or such.

Service engine light on

By using a scanner only. Older cars you could disconnect the battery and it would reset but with obd 2 cars that doesn't work.
