Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

Radio Malfunction

Yes, it means you need to put the code in for the radio. If you call the dealer they may be able to get it for you or http://www.radio-code.com/

Go to your dealer. They have to call in your VIN and retrieve the code for the radio from the manufacturer.

2004 suzuki verona replaced the battery and now the cd player doesn't work it flashes COD which i assume is "code" but it isn't in the owner's manual. what's the code? where can i find the code?

only new vehicle dealers can access code for you at a cost
some car audio dealers can also get this number out of radio
best and eaziest is dealer
some times radio has to be removed and part number and serial number is required from radio then authority form faxed to radio supplier for vehicle to get answer back.
some are able to get this access using secure dealer web sites. ask for code and then keep it for future.

I disconnected my batteryand now my radio will not play

sunset7412: Are you the original owner? If so, you may, just find the code in the paperwork (if you kept it) in your glove box.
Most of the time when the vehicle is delivered new, it comes with the code supplied with the paper work and the recommendation for the owner to remove it and keep it with their records at home.
Usually the code is a four digit number. Your owners manual will give you instructions on how to reset the radio.
I'm not sure about Suzuki, but Honda, Nissan and Toyota can give you the code for the factory radio by the vin number of the car upon proof of ownership. Other than that, the removal of the radio will have numbers which the parts department or service department can get the code.
Good Luck

2007 suzuki radio code

Hi!
The easiest way to re code your radio is to pop along to your local Suzuki dealership with Log book/title, proof of ownership and identification with you, they should only be too glad to give you the necessary details you require.
I hope this helped, please appraise my FREE effort by pressing that Blue button if sorted, Thank You!
