Check in this order. Fuse(s). If not working, then the dashboard lighting should be next. Remove it and check for a blown light bulb(s) and replace accordingly. If problem persists, then you probably have a short and it will require further investigation, but it souds simple and fixable with ease for now. Let me know how things work out.

Ok. The proposed solution is pretty much on cue, but you'll need to do a couple things first. Make sure the drivers door is closed. Switch ignition to position 2. The maintenance interval should be visible. Push the tripometer to make this message go away. Then press the tripometer twice quickly and hold down. This should once again bring up the maintenance interval. While continuing to hold down Turn ignition off, then on to position 2 again and hold approx 10 secs. That should do it.
