This sounds like a bad cv axle, this is what turns the wheels to make the car move if its clicking its going to break soon and leave you stuck out on the road, the axle needs replacing.

I actually just had the same problem. Anytime you make a turn-rt or lft-it makes the clicking sound? Its the CV Joints. I just had mine replaced. Noise is gone. Now having other issues but thats another story lol

One or more of your tires are no good.
How to check this is : hard to explain.. but will try.. Rub your hand on top the tire... If you are on the passenger side of car rub them counterclockwise and drivers side clockwise... If the tread is bumpy, it will make that noise... If the treads are smooth, then the tire or tires ar o.k.

Passenger Front Tire wobbles

Bad bearings, or another worn suspension part. I'd have it checked by an alignment specialist.

Cadillac front axle allignment

Tire replacement is about normal, as that is the CTS-V, it likely has summer only sport tires, those have a very short lifespan.

Do you have another Cadillac dealer in your area, so that you can get a second opinion on the axle locations? That doesn't sound right to me, but then again, I've seen some crazy factory stuff on other makes and models.

The driver side tire is sitting visibly farther back from the passenger side, it has a very hard left hand pull when brakes applied, but wheels turn freely in neutral when raised off ground. recently...

Check the control arm, and the control arm bushings on the left side. Sounds like something is broken, loose, or totally worn out. Use a sturdy pry bar to try to force it in different directions front and back, any play will become apparent.

Clicking noise down by the front tires.

check your axles, for an open cv boot, this clicking is on straigth or turning, if turming to your rigth you hear noise to be louder on your left then your left axle is bad, do the same to your left and if noise exists then your rigth axle is bad.good luck

Metal on metal sounding clicking noise while the wheels are turning but only on the frot driver and passenger wheels. What is going on? It started out only on the passenger side and then after the tire...

Is the noise a screeching high pitch or a growling low pitch?
It sounds to me that the CV joints might be bad and you need brakes.
high pitch would be the brake warning tabs
the low pitch would be the brake pads are gone and you are on the rotors gringing away metal

Feels like my front drivers side tire is lose but I check all the lugg nuts and they are tight. I can drive straight and I get a loud sqweal(as if I'm taking a corner to sharp) from the passenger side...

sounds like you have either tie/thrust rod ends going bad, or ball joints. Your wheel bearings could be going bad as well. Any of these can cause this problem. To check the tie/thrust rod ends, turn the vehicle off, and have a friend turn the wheel back and forth while you look at the steering linkages. If you see anything moving more than the part that it's attached to, you have found something that needs replacing right away. For Ball joints, put a jack on the a-arm right beside the wheel. Jack it up, and watch the tire as it starts to come off the ground. If it slides out when it just gets off the ground, you have bad ball joints on that side. Wheel/hub bearings can be trickier, unless they're REALLY worn. Jack the car up so that it's clear of the ground, and see if you can make the wheel wobble by moving it with your hands. You may also notice a grinding or whining sound coming from the affected side. You'll especially notice it if you drive with your window down, as you're passing a building or other hard object, as the sound reflects back at you. Hope this helped you find your problem.
