If none standard lamps are being used, ones that draw more power than standard lamps, the sockets will overheat and deform causing poor connection. It is suggested to replace the damaged sockets with ceramic ones that are less likely to deform or overheat.

2004trailblazer fan only blows on low speed a/c

You probably have a bad resistor pack and/or a burnt mating connector for the resistor pack. It is located behind the glovebox, mounted to the blower motor. See picture below

Replaced resister pack, but still only have high on 2004 trailblazer

Check fuse #44 in rear fuse panel. Also did you inspect the connector that the resistor module attaches to? Sometimes the contacts or wires get burnt.

2005 trailblazer, started truck this morning, windows were foggy, turned on defrost but the fan was not blowing, could feel a little air flow but was not blowing on any # cycle 1-5. What might be wrong

Hello: Go under the dash, passenger side. Remove under dash cover. Look straight ahead, you will see the blower motor with 2 wires. follow these wires to the blower motor model, on the module you will see a connector w/6 wires, these wires could be burnt, if so then the module may also be burned. You can get a repair harness at a GM dealer, You will have to splice it in. Make sure you line up the new connector wit the old so you get the wires in the proper order. If the module is burnt then you will have to replace it also. The blower motor is usually ok unless it is noisy or locked up. This is a common problem.

2004 chevy trailblazer, Both low beam headlamps are out. Headlamps replaced(same problem). Fuses are good. High beams work fine.

There should be a relay for the low beams. Locate and replace, Or swap it with another relay to see if that fixes the problem.

Replaced battery in 2004 chevy trailblazer 4x4 8cl., then air conditioner doesnt blow out the face vents only the defrost and feet. any ideas?

Typically, you have a vacuum issue, air flow system is designed to FAIL in the defrost mode, so no vacuum, doors are spring loaded to blow out defrost ports.

2004 Chevy Trailblazer, both headlight plugs burnt

bad connections at the headlamp plugs will cause a burnt connector. I would suggest replacing the plugs. Should be able to buy a pigtail plug at the dealer. Then cut old wires off close to the plug. Connect new plug using solder and shrink tubes for a better connection. May sure your headlamp switch is off when doing any of the above. Hope this helps
