Check under seat for loose cable drive. Check fuse panel and relay board under hood. Those motors are generally high current devices and use relays instead of fuses.

Hi I have Lexus RX400h drivers seat that wont height adjust (move up and down). Looking for suggested fix or wireing diagram.

I really doubt you have any wiring issue, the common reason for this is a defective drive motor or control switch. If other seat functions work OK then it is not any wiring issue..

My turn signal on the left side of my car wont work and the driver seat wont move

If only one seat is not working the fuse/relay is ok or both would not work, most likely cause based on experience is the control switch, then the power seat motor.

Power seat on drivers side of 1996 buick park ave. wont go in reverse every ting else works ok

Chances are one of the motors has gone out. There are 3 motors for each of your power seats. One controls the forward/backward motion, one controls up/down/tilt, and the third controls the reclining seat back. In my '95 model, there is one fuse for the seats under the driver's side dashboard. There should be a diagram inside the fuse panel cover denoting which one controls the seats. Hope that helps!

Use a hammer and tap each of the travel rails on seat, this worked great for me, something just gets misaligned in there.
