Sudden loss of fuel economy on 2002 Chrys-Sebring. Burns 2-3 times as much gas as it did last month. No gas fumes or idol change. Just sucking gas & ONLY cold air works on High Heat Fan Setting.

Is the check engine light on ? If it is too much a rich code would turn on the check engine light . P0172 & P0175 https://www.obd-codes.com/p0172 https://www.obd-codes.com/p0175
could have a dirty mass air flow sensor ,or volume air flow sensor ,or the MAP sensor . manifold pressure sensor . Or a O2 sensor problem . Taking the vehicle and having it diagnosed would be your best solution , rather then just replacing parts that do fix the problem .

10 amp Small light fuse passenger side keeps burning out

its just electrics, and ohms laws..
if the right fuse is there, it burns out for one reason, a short.
(excessive current) and prevents fire, the battery can supply 500 amps
easy and you'd not want to short that, ever.
first thing, is to post the name of the fuse, they all have names.
rule 2, most fuses can have 20 loads, not just the named, load on fuse.
so, only schematic of the system shows ALL loads.
no named fuse, no joy, or post a photo to it with finger pointing, >>> here.

the car came with an opertators guide, in the glove box and all guides
name the fuses, if lost get one.
here it is for free.
http://justgivemethedamnmanual.com/honda/honda-accord-coupe-owners-manuals/

and once the name of fuse is know , the full scematic is
at alldata.com
DIY, discounted here..... (i make nothing saying that...)
http://www.scantool.net/software/alldata-diy-1-month-subscription.html

to find a short we use an ammeter, and a circuit breaker
to replace fuse that burns out.
then we drop loads off this buss until the short, goes byebye.
thats it.
if it dont go way, then the harness is shorted, (ask how to find if so)

Headlight burs out about every 2 months

FIRSTLY ONLY BUY QUALITY BULBS DONOT TOUCH THE GLASS PART OF THE BULB WHEN FITTING THEM. GET THE CHARGING SYSTEM CHECKED IF THE ALTERNATOR OUT PUT IS TOO HIGH THE FIRST THING TO BLOW WILL BE THE HEADLAMP BULB NEXT CHECK THE HEADLAMP IS SECURE AND NOT LOOSE ALSO THE BULB HOLDER IS CLIPPED SECURLEY AS THIS ACTS AS A HEAT SINK FOR THE BULB
