you have a ground issue...live in a cold climate that uses salt on roads or use car washes frequently? Replace the tail lamps assmbly both sides from a junkyard or use a very small battery post cleaner (walmart $4) and "scour" out the socket then WD 40 the bejeesuz out of the socket the bulb is in.
